RoutineFit helps users build steady exercise routines with workout plans, reminders, timers, completion records, and progress views.

RoutineFit is a fitness habit app. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or measure diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, or any other medical condition.

If you have a medical condition or take medication, follow your clinician's exercise guidance first. Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical help if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, unusual sweating, or other concerning symptoms.

RoutineFit stores the health-condition selections, routine names, workout steps, reminder settings, completion records, meal-check tags, optional meal photos, language preference, and subscription state that you choose to use in the app.

Meal photos are used only on your device for on-device image classification suggestions, food-tag confirmation, and post-meal walking guidance. RoutineFit does not upload meal photos to Shrimp Software servers and does not use them to measure glucose or nutrition values.

RoutineFit does not use third-party advertising tracking and does not sell personal information.

Information saved in RoutineFit is used to show your daily routines, schedule local reminders, display progress, and personalize the Routine Cat encouragement messages. Meal-check tags and on-device photo suggestions are used to show general post-meal movement guidance, not medical or nutritional diagnosis.

RoutineFit may ask for notification permission so it can send workout reminders, meal-preparation reminders, and post-dinner walking reminders selected in the app. You can change notification settings in the app or iOS Settings.

RoutineFit Monthly is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple manages purchase processing, billing, free trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling under your Apple ID account.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Shrimp Software does not share RoutineFit routine content with advertisers or data brokers. Apple may process purchase and subscription information according to Apple's own privacy policy when you use In-App Purchase.
